If you can't log back into your NNS account, please check if you have your identity anchor and your recovery phrase. You'll need both in order to recover your account.
- Follow the steps in the support article "I cleared my browser cache and now I'm locked out."
- If you need to reset your recovery phrase, visit "How do I reset my recovery phrase?"
- And be sure to add more devices to your Internet Identity so you don't lose access to your account in the future.
